About Massage

We provide relaxation massage services to help you unwind.

What is Massage?

Massage is a powerful tool that’s been around for centuries. It is the gentle or firm kneading and rubbing of the body’s soft tissue using hands to relieve pain, improve circulation, alleviate anxiety, reduce muscle tension, improve sleep, and promote a state of overall well-being.

What Should I Expect During My Massage?

Before your session, your body worker will discuss your expectations with you and learn a history of your ailments. Together you will decide on areas of focus.

1
Before Massage
Privately undress to your comfort level and lay on the heated massage table. Cover up with a soft sheet and blanket. Your staff member will knock first to make sure you are ready before entering the room.
2
During Massage
Once your session begins, you will immediately be able to relax listening to soothing music softly playing while your therapist quietly puts your muscles at ease. You will remain completely covered during your session, only exposing arms and legs as needed. Halfway through, you will turn over on your belly while being kept covered to ensure privacy.
3
After Massage
When your session is complete, your therapist will step out to allow you time to dress. When you’re ready, you’ll open the door to signify you’re ready to checkout and schedule your next session.
